Till January 1st, 2017 about 92 thousand people from 30 different countries have visited the centre ever since, were organized 5300 trips.
In 2016, 1600 visitors visited the exhibition hall of Communications division and INPP. 176 excursions have been organized. Many visitors from Latvia, Poland, United Kingdom, Japan, Belgium, Russia, Sweden, Denmark and many other countries attended INPP in 2016.
In 2015, 1940 visitors visited the exhibition hall of Communications division and INPP. 170 excursions have been organized. Many visitors from other countries, such as Latvia, Poland, United Kingdom, Japan, Belgium, Russia, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, France, Slovakia, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Australia, and many others attended INPP in 2015.
1549 visitors have visited the exhibition hall of Communications division and INPP and 159 excursions have been organized in 2014.
The exhibition hall of Communications division of Ignalina NPP was founded in July, 1995.
At the exhibition hall you can find:
- a model of the Unit;
- a model of a fuel assembly;
- a model of the spent fuel cask CASTOR;
- video films about Ignalina NPP;
- the direct view of the plant with the help of a special TV equipment, namely: the Reactor Hall, the Turbine Hall and the Spent Fuel Storage Pool.
Depending on the workload of the Ignalina NPP you could take a tour to the Plant. Excursion tours are organized on working days, the maximum number of participants is 15 people. No person under 18 can participate in the excursion. The cost of the tour is 57.92 euros / person, for groups of 10 people - 10% discount.
