INPP control and management system

The system ensured normal, reliable and safe operation, and stable parameters of technological processes of the principal technological plant. In terms of functions the system consists of:

• Reactor control and protection system;
• Reactor and technological plant control and protection system;
• Turbogenerator and open distribution plant control and protection system;
• Functional and group control system;
• Refueling machine control devices.

Operational control of most technological parameters at the INPP was performed in a centralized manner, with the help of an information computing system. The INPP was controlled from a unit operation panel.
